MATRIK DAN PSPM ! :S

hey hey Assalamualaikum . pspm is just around a corner ! omo omo .. kena fokus study lahh . hang tau tak ceq pening baca bio aigooo . mmg dari dulu lagi lemah bio lahh . well kalau subjek baca2 ni memang lemah la or lebih exact lagi subjek yg fakta2 ni. dari pmr lagi kalau baca baca ni malas nk baca . hihi . I got B for sejarah and geografi . haa tu subjek baca baca la kan :( and time spm i got c for all sc subjek . so rasa mcm krik krik la bila dapat matrik aliran sc . selalu  fikir 'aku boleh bawa ke , orang kata matrik kalau science susah' a lot of things popped into my mind . tp parents bagi motivational support kata boleh punya mesti boleh punya . so dah 5 bulan kt sini alhamdulillah okay . susah tu mesti ada tp kena atasi lahh kann . mungkin aku dpt hadapi semua ni sbb fikir parents kt rumah . huhuhu . depa antar ceq jauh2 ni , so kena lah blajaq btoii2 . and satu masalah yg tak bole overcome lg adalah HOMESICK. well , penang jauh tau dari Ampang . if ada cuti pon 3 hari je . serious tak puas spent time dgn keluarga .  I just miss my home so much ! :'(  so sekarang ni kena byk bersabaq la naa . pspm pon nk dekat so kena fokus . pray for the best . harap2 bole buat . semoga Allah permudahkan segalanya , in sha Allah . wish me the best guys ! xoxo

HOW TO HANDLE WITH STRESS 

We generally use the word "stress" when we feel that everything seems to have become too much . We are overloaded and wonder whether we really can cope with the pressures placed upon us.

WHAT IS STRESS ? 

Anything that poses a challenge or a threat to our well-being is a stress. Some stresses get you going and they are good for you - without any stress at all many say our lives would be boring and would probably feel pointless. However, when the stresses undermine both our mental and physical health they are bad. In this text we shall be focusing on stress that is bad for you.





The following are causes of stress : 
  • Abortion 
  • Conflicts in the workplace
  • Driving in bad traffic
  • Fear of crime
  • Losing your job
  • Noisy neighbors
  • Overcrowding
  • Pollution
  • Pregnancy
  • Retirement
  • Too much noise
  • Uncertainty (awaiting laboratory test results, academic exam results, job interview results, etc)
Self help for treating stress
    Exercise - exercise has been proven to have a beneficial effect on a person's mental and physical state. For many people exercise is an extremely effective stress buster.


        Time - make sure you set aside some time each day just for yourself. Use that time to organize your life, relax, and pursue your own interests











      Breathing - there are some effective breathing techniques that will slow down your system and help you relax. 



        Relaxation techniques - meditation, massage, or yoga have been known to greatly help people coped with stress.



      Nutrition - eat plenty of fruit and vegetables. Make sure you have a healthy and balanced diet.







        Seek professional help - if the stress is affecting the way you function; go and see your doctor. Heightened stress for prolonged periods can be bad for your physical and mental health.
